Project Overview

ICICI Bank required a comprehensive assessment of its IT infrastructure and security standards across its Data Center (DC), near DC, and Disaster Recovery (DR) infrastructure. The evaluation included critical IT components such as Backbone LAN and WAN networks, servers, storage systems, firewalls, load balancers, and essential facilities like UPS rooms and chiller plants. Validation was conducted through the Building Management System (BMS), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) were reviewed with recommendations provided to align with industry best practices.

The project also focused on optimizing DC and NOC operations, including incident management, emergency call handling, outage management, and change request management. Root Cause Analysis (RCA) tracking systems and Known Error Database (KEDB) management were evaluated and improved to reduce turnaround times (TAT). Additionally, disaster recovery (DR) drill planning, documentation review, and fallback management were developed to enhance NOC resilience and operational efficiency.

Objective
